Many years ago, Beverly Hills, California had a Public Access Television Station on Channel 3. It was the premiere station of its kind in our country, allowing, for a limited time, for its citizens to express free speech. Unfortunately, that time came to an end after only five years in 1995. It is hoped that someday the City Fathers (and Mothers) will again restore that Community Television station, in fairness and justice to all its citizens. Beverly Hills... we are waiting.
