Following the shock of the City of Beverly Hills closing down a California Nonprofit corporation, indeed, its own Public Access, citizens and volunteers banded together, and a group of almost thirty persons were able to collect enough money to hire an attorney to pursue the restoration of Public Access and First Amendment Rights they were denied.

This legal effort continues today.
