THE BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE: Official name: CATV Public Access Advisory Committee

The Committee was formed by the City Council during the period of time the Council ceased funding and took over BHTV. It was for the purpose of evaluating Public Access in Beverly Hills, and to provide suggestions to the Council. In effect, the Council seized Public Access in Beverly Hills, and turned the effects of its deed over to a committee of well-intentioned citizens. All hand picked. Minutes and notes from those meetings will be presented here in the near future. Meanwhile, the Committee's Final Report, although swept under the carpet, has been obtained and is available on this website.
